MagnaCarta offers Group Sales Plans for groups of 10 or more
affording your group the opportunity to experience a
memorable evening of theater. Whether you're with a community
organization, social group, business, or a large family, we have
plans that can be tailored to accommodate your group’s needs. |

- Group savings start at 17% off General Admission
rates. The more in your group, the more you
save on tickets and value added services!

- Your advance purchase guarantees your group will
get the best seat assignments.

- Our Group Sales Staff will be your
dedicated group concierge assisting you with ticket requests, area
restaurant reservations, separate group check-in, as well as,
arranging any reception needs.

- Group Sales Plans are tax-deductible

For $475 your group receives:
- 30 tickets.
- Private post-show reception, including wine & hors d’oeuvres.
- Exclusive post-show Q & A with the Cast & Crew. |

Producer Plan |
For $775 your groups receives:
- 50 tickets
- Private performance for your group.
- Free Concessions.
- Gala post-show reception.
- Q & A with the Cast and Crew |
Value Added Services
The following services are
available at an additional cost to plans where not included.

Exclusive
performances are available for your group. Your cost includes the
exclusive use of the theater, our staff and the current revue as
written.
 - We
offer exclusive post-show receptions which include hors d’oeuvres,
wine and other beverages.
 - Groups
can purchase free concessions for all group members at a discounted
rate.
 - An
exclusive post-show Q & A with the Cast and Crew is included in all
Plans with the exception of the Chorus Plan. Groups purchasing the Chorus
Plan may purchase this value added service.

Ordering Your Group Plan Is Easy!
1. Estimate the number of tickets
and Value Added Services you will need.
2. Select a performance date from the
performance calendar.
3. Choose a Group Plan that fits
your group’s needs.
4.

to complete our online Group Reservation Form, or call our Group Sales
Office at 323/ 963.4180 to have
a representative take your order over the phone. Once we receive your Group
Reservation Form, your tickets will be reserved immediately.
- Group Sales
requests must be confirmed at least two (2) weeks prior to your
preferred performance date in order to qualify for the
group discount rate and guarantee seating availability.
- Full payment is due at least one (1) week prior to the
preferred
performance date. (Alternative payment arrangements may be made on a
case-by-case basis through our Group Sales Office.)
- Group Sales payment(s) may be made through our Group Sales Office
with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ATM/Debit
through PayPal. Also by cash or
check. (Checks must be received 10 business days prior to preferred performance). Checks should be made
payable to MagnaCarta Theatre Company, and need to have the
following information on the front: printed name, address, phone
number and (for personal checks) driver's license number of the
person signing the check.
