MagnaCarta Theatre Company is a Los Angeles-based performing arts theatre company committed to ensemble collaboration and artistic risk through its work with its permanent ensemble and guest artists.  Formed in July 2001 by three founding members, MagnaCarta has grown into a company of artists whose talents include acting, directing, writing, filmmaking, tech, and textual adaptation. MagnaCarta Theatre Company, Inc. is a non-profit, California corporation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
