In Sam Henry Kass'
wild and witty comic riff on love, lust, and the eternal battle of
the sexes, we meet two sets of friends - Vinnie, a charming and predatory troublemaker and
his best friend Patsy, a sweet, uncomplicated man who's floated
through life - Rita, a simple woman with simple dreams and her best
friend Lorraine, a complicated woman full of angst and anger who's
descending into the depths of a breakdown. Each holds a deeply held
philosophy on life and love. Friendships, philosophies, and hearts
collide as they struggle to find themselves and each other. "Lusting
After Pipino's Wife" is a tale of bitter-sweet truths and hilarious
surprises as they learn that the age-old game of love is a game with
"No rules. No logic, ultimately no winner declared. Just be standing
when the bell rings."
